The annual retreat of RHHF serves as a forum to review the progress, achievements, and challenges faced in the preceding year. This event not only facilitates discussions but also fosters a sense of networking among the organization’s staff, allowing them to build meaningful relationships. The 2024 retreat spanned from January 8th to 11th, during which each department provided updates and outlined their work plans. The attendance comprised eighty-nine (89) RHHF staff members and guests from diverse locations. Various sessions were conducted to enhance staff capacity and strategize for the upcoming year, 2024.
Objectives of the Retreat
- To increase the understanding of staff on organizational policies and procedures·
- Improve the performance through multiple capacity building sessions, and team building exercise for effective service delivery
- Brainstorm and design strategies that would inspire a new profound commitment to pursuing the organizational goals
- Review strategies and provide update on new organizational development.
The retreat was participatory in nature and interpersonal communication techniques were employed which made the retreat more
interactive. There were sessions that was facilitated by the CEO, Managers, Board Members; Prof Sunday Aderibigbe (Board Member) talked about stress management while Engr. Siyan Sogunro talked about Habit as well as updates of project activities from staff and many more.
